WHO ARE WE?
Riddells Creek Trail Horse Riding Club takes it's members and their horses all over Victoria on riding adventures. We are one of the largest organized trail riding clubs in Victoria under the ATHRA affiliation (Australian Trail Horse Riding Association).
Becoming a member of our club means you and your horse will be welcomed to a social and supportive atmosphere where you can enjoy your horse in the great outdoors, knowing that you are covered by insurance and guided by well informed ride leaders, first aid officers and trained trail bosses.
We offer camp weekends (usually long weekends) and day rides. Locations for day rides are usually within an hours drive from the Riddells Creek area, whilst camp rides can be anywhere in Victoria.
This club is for horse owners only (no hire horses)

WHEN DO WE RIDE?
Day rides are usually scheduled for the 3rd Sunday of each month.
Camp rides are organized for all Public Holiday long weekends.
A yearly calendar with all rides scheduled is issued to members and can be obtained via the CONTACT US below.
WHO CAN RIDE WITH US?
You and your horse need to be able to walk, trot and canter confidently.
Riders 8yrs to 16 yrs must be supervised by an adult. Most tracks are rock /gravel /road or sandy soil and members have both shod and barefoot horses, your choice. There are no restrictions regarding helmets at this point in time, ATHRA insurance will cover regardless.
